Terms of service
These terms govern your use of OutcomeLoop as a clinician or as a patient enrolled by your clinician.
Clinician use
You must hold a valid medical license in the jurisdiction where you practise. You are responsible for obtaining informed consent from each patient before enrolling them. Clinical decisions remain your responsibility; OutcomeLoop is a record-keeping and follow-up tool, not a diagnostic device.
Patient use
If you are a patient enrolled by your clinician, OutcomeLoop is used to collect your pain scores, questionnaires, and self-reports. You may withdraw consent at any time; see the privacy policy for data removal.
Data ownership
Clinical data entered by a clinician belongs to the clinic. Patient-entered self-reports belong to the patient. OutcomeLoop holds data under contract as a data processor for the clinic; we do not sell or share identifiable data with third parties.
Liability
OutcomeLoop is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Clinical judgement overrides any automated alert or analytics generated by the platform.
